This policy explains what the PredictsFootball Android app collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to the app and to the backend service that supports it. If anything here is unclear, write to contact@predictsfootball.com and we will answer.
The short version. We collect an account identifier, your email address and display name, and the in-app progress attached to your account. We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, files or messages, and we never ask for payment details — the app sells nothing and handles no money. You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app at any time.
The app supports three ways of signing in: an email address and password, Google Sign-In, and an anonymous guest session. In every case a unique account identifier is generated for you. Where you sign in with an email address or with Google, we also receive your email address and, from Google, your display name. Guest sessions carry no email address; if you never sign in with one, we never have it. If you do not choose a display name, one is generated for you.
So that the app works across sessions and devices, we store the state of your account: your points balance and total points earned, unlocked tickets, prediction count and accuracy, daily streak, level, referral code, free unlock tokens, your chosen theme, and your notification preferences. We also store simple counters used to enforce daily limits — how many rewarded ads and wheel spins have been claimed today — so that limits cannot be bypassed.
The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand where people stop using it. The events recorded are limited to screens viewed and a short list of in-app actions: sign-up and login, referral link opened, applied and shared, ticket viewed and shared, unlock attempted, succeeded or failed for lack of points, rewarded ad earned or failed, daily bonus claimed, wheel spin completed, lucky card revealed, streak continued and notification opened.
These events are tied to your account identifier only. No email address and no display name is ever sent to Analytics. Firebase Analytics additionally collects standard device and app information — device model, operating system version, app version, country and language — as described in Google's own documentation.
We do not collect your precise or approximate location, your contacts, your photos or files, your call logs, or your SMS messages. We do not collect payment or banking information, and we never ask for it, because the app sells nothing, takes no money and pays out no money.
Your information is used to operate the app, and for nothing else:
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile settings inside the app. Deletion removes your profile, points, unlocked tickets, reward records and notifications from our servers. It is immediate and it cannot be undone.
You may also ask us for a copy of the data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or object to how it is used, by writing to contact@predictsfootball.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Your advertising identifier is controlled by you, not by us: you can reset it or opt out of personalised advertising in your device settings, under Google settings for Ads.
We rely on the providers below. Each processes data under its own privacy policy, and we have no control over what they do beyond the purpose we send it for.

These are all Google services running on Google infrastructure, which means your data may be stored and processed on servers outside your own country, including in the United States. Google applies its own safeguards for such transfers.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app shows you Google's certified consent form before requesting its first advertisement, and it respects your answer. You can change that answer later from the privacy options entry point in the app. Where you decline personalised advertising, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised.
We process your account and app activity because it is necessary to provide the service you asked for. We process advertising and analytics data on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time as described above.
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, that data is removed. Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be kept.
Data is held in Google Firebase, protected by Google's infrastructure security and by access rules that stop one account from reading another's data. Every change to your points balance is made by our server, never by the app on your device. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
This app is intended for people aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has given us their information, please write to us at the address below.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it, and the version in the app is updated to match. Significant changes will be announced inside the app.

By using PredictsFootball, you agree to the following.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this application. By using it, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Points (PTS) and tokens are virtual items used for entertainment and for unlocking features inside the app. They have no real-world value. They cannot be purchased, cannot be exchanged or withdrawn for cash or any prize of real value, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Points are earned freely through daily bonuses, optional advertisements, referrals and in-app games. We may adjust point values, prices and reward rates at any time.
This app does not accept money, does not allow you to stake or wager anything of value, and does not award cash or prizes of real-world value. It is not affiliated with any bookmaker or betting operator, and it does not link to gambling services.
The app is free and supported by advertising. Some rewards require watching an advertisement. These are always optional, and the app is fully usable without them.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for cheating. Using multiple accounts, VPNs to bypass ad limits, modified clients or automated scripts will result in a permanent ban without notice, and any points obtained that way may be removed.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. Virtual points carry no compensation if the service changes or ends.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions: contact@predictsfootball.com.
